The client required a premium rigid magnetic box for glass perfume bottles targeting the European retail market. The main challenge was protecting fragile glass during transportation while maintaining a luxury presentation.
We optimized the magnet positioning and reinforced the greyboard thickness to improve structural stability. A high-density EVA insert was used to secure the bottle firmly inside the box.
The final solution significantly reduced transit damage risk while enhancing the overall shelf presence of the brand.
