Terms of Service

1.1 Manufacturing Services: MUC Factory provides OEM/ODM custom packaging manufacturing including rigid boxes, folding cartons, luxury gift boxes, and seasonal packaging solutions.

1.2 B2B Only: Our services are exclusively available to registered businesses, importers, distributors, and wholesale clients. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all projects.

1.3 Custom Solutions: We offer end-to-end packaging solutions from structural design, material selection, printing, finishing, to mass production and logistics coordination.

1.4 Geographic Scope: Manufacturing facilities are located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We serve international markets through established export channels.

2.1 Quotations: All pricing is provided based on detailed specifications including dimensions, materials, printing requirements, and order quantities. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Minimum Orders: MOQ requirements vary by product complexity and customization level. Standard MOQ ranges from 500-3000 pieces depending on box type and finishing requirements.

2.3 Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Wire transfer (T/T) is the preferred payment method for international clients.

2.4 Price Adjustments: Prices may be subject to adjustment due to raw material cost fluctuations, currency exchange rates, or specification changes requested by the client.

3.1 Production Timeline: Standard production lead time is 15-25 business days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may incur additional charges.

3.2 Sampling Process: Pre-production samples are provided for client approval. Sample costs are typically deducted from the final order value for confirmed orders above MOQ.

3.3 Quality Control: We maintain strict quality inspection protocols at material incoming, production stages, and final packaging. Quality standards follow international packaging industry practices.

3.4 Specifications Compliance: Final products will match approved samples within industry-standard tolerances (±2mm for dimensions, ±5% for color matching under standard lighting conditions).

4.1 Client IP Protection: All client-provided designs, logos, and proprietary information are treated as confidential. We do not reproduce or share client designs with third parties.

4.2 Design Ownership: Custom structural designs developed by MUC Factory remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their brand elements and artwork.

4.3 Non-Disclosure: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client business information, order volumes, and proprietary packaging solutions throughout and after the business relationship.

4.4 Trademark Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to use all trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials provided for production.

5.1 Delivery Terms: Standard delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) from our Dongguan facility. FOB and CIF terms are available upon request with additional logistics coordination.

5.2 Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our facility or designated pickup point, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

5.3 Shipping Insurance: Clients are responsible for arranging appropriate shipping insurance. We can assist with logistics coordination through our freight forwarding partners.

5.4 Inspection Period: Clients have 7 days from receipt of goods to report any quality issues or damages. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and detailed descriptions.

6.1 Product Warranty: We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects and conform to approved specifications. Warranty period is 6 months from delivery date.

6.2 Liability Limitation: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

6.4 Material Specifications: While we ensure materials meet specified requirements, we do not warrant performance in specific end-use applications beyond standard packaging functions.

7.1 Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production commencement with 48-hour notice. Cancellation after production start may incur material and setup costs.

7.2 Payment Default: Failure to make payments according to agreed terms may result in production suspension and order cancellation with forfeiture of deposits paid.

7.3 Dispute Resolution: Business disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Guangdong Province, China.

7.4 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and international trade conventions applicable to cross-border manufacturing agreements.
