What's your MOQ?
300 pieces per design. We support small initial orders so you can test your market before scaling up.
I don't have a design file -- can I still inquire?
Absolutely. A product photo, reference image, or rough idea is enough to get started. We'll help you develop the concept.
How long does sampling take?
Physical samples are typically ready in 7-10 working days after 3D mockup approval. The 3D mockup itself takes about 3 working days.
What's included in the free quote?
A structural recommendation, material options, surface finish suggestions, unit price breakdown, and lead time -- all tailored to your project.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship via DHL and FedEx for express delivery, or sea freight for larger bulk orders. We ship to UK, USA, Europe, and worldwide.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production, balance before shipment. Bank transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted.
