What's your MOQ?
500 pieces per design. We support small initial orders so you can test your market before scaling up.
I don't have a design file -- can I still inquire?
Absolutely. A product photo, reference image, or rough idea is enough to get started. We'll help you develop the concept.
How long does sampling take?
Standard physical samples typically take 3–5 working days. Complex structures or multi-component samples typically take 7–10 working days, after all details are confirmed and the sample fee is received. Free 3D mockups typically take 1–3 working days.
What's included in the free quote?
A structural recommendation, material options, surface finish suggestions, unit price breakdown, and lead time -- all tailored to your project.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship via DHL and FedEx for express delivery, or sea freight for larger bulk orders. We ship to UK, USA, Europe, and worldwide.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.Bank transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) are accepted.
