MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For highly complex or multi-component boxes (such as large advent calendars), MOQ may be discussed case by case.
Mass production takes 15 working days after sample approval and deposit. 3D mockup: 1-3 working days. Physical sample: 3–7 working days. Urgent orders can be discussed.
Yes, completely free. Provided before physical sampling commitment. Part of our standard process for every project — no strings attached.
Sample fees apply and cover material, production, and shipping costs. The fee is refunded or offset against your bulk order when proceeding to production.

Bank transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Standard terms: 30%-50% deposit to start production, balance before shipment. Long-term partner terms can be discussed.
