Choose Your Base Material
The structural board and wrapping paper combination determines your box's durability, look, and feel. Most clients pair rigid greyboard with a coated art paper or specialty texture paper.
Standard Rigid Greyboard 2mm
Our most-used structural board. Dense greyboard laminated with art paper gives excellent rigidity and a clean print surface.
Rigid Board + Art Paper Wrapping
Greyboard wrapped in 128-157gsm coated art paper. Smooth surface ideal for full-colour CMYK printing, spot UV, or foil.
Rigid Board + Specialty Paper
Rigid core wrapped in texture, fabric-grain, linen, leather-grain, or flocked specialty papers for a tactile luxury finish.
Kraft Paper / Natural Look
Unbleached kraft paper wrapped over board, or kraft-only foldable constructions. Natural brown tone -- minimal and earthy.
Recycled / FSC-Certified Material
Board and wrapping paper sourced from FSC-certified forests or post-consumer recycled content. Meets EU and UK sustainability standards.

Printing Options
All printing is done using offset lithography (CMYK) or Pantone spot colour matching for brand precision. We support both outside and inside printing.
No Printing
Plain, single-colour, or solid material finish. Ideal for minimal branding or when specialty paper texture speaks for itself.
Print Outside Only
Full-colour CMYK or Pantone print on the exterior wrapping paper. Supports brand logo, product imagery, and decorative patterns.
Print Inside Only
Interior print with branded message, pattern, or brand story. Creates a memorable unboxing moment without a printed exterior.
Print Outside + Inside
Both exterior and interior are printed -- delivering the ultimate branded experience from first sight to full unboxing.
03 · Surface Finish
Surface Finish & Coating
The surface finish applied over printed areas affects the look, feel, durability, and perceived premium-ness of your packaging. This is often where brands make their biggest impact.
No Finish -- Raw Surface
Uncoated printed surface. The raw paper texture is the finish -- works well with kraft or specialty papers.
Gloss Aqueous Coating
Water-based gloss coating for vibrant colour saturation and a bright, reflective finish.
Matte Aqueous Coating
Non-reflective flat finish that softens colour output. Modern and understated.
Gloss UV Coating
UV-cured high-gloss coating -- higher shine and greater durability than aqueous. Ideal as spot UV over matte for dramatic contrast.
Soft Touch Coating
Micro-texture coating that gives a smooth, velvety feel. One of the most premium tactile experiences available.
Gloss Lamination
A thin film bonded to the printed surface for maximum gloss, scratch resistance, and colour depth.
Matte Lamination
Flat film laminate that kills glare and gives a sophisticated, almost-editorial feel. Excellent base for spot UV or foil stamping over the top.

Special Decorative Processes
These accent techniques elevate specific design elements -- logos, brand names, borders, and textures -- to create a standout premium effect.
Foil Stamping
A metallic or holographic foil is heat-pressed onto the surface using a die. Available in gold, silver, rose gold, holographic, and custom colours.

Embossing
A die presses the surface upward to create a raised tactile design -- letters, logos, or decorative patterns that can be felt and seen.

Debossing
The inverse of embossing -- a recessed impression pressed into the surface. Especially effective on soft touch or specialty paper.

Window Patching
A die-cut opening in the box with a clear PET or frosted film patch, allowing product visibility without opening the package.

Ribbon Pull
A satin or grosgrain ribbon attached inside the box enables easy, elegant product removal -- enhancing the unboxing experience significantly.
