Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, windows -- processes that add dimension and premium signal to your packaging.
Foil Stamping
Metallic or coloured foil heat-pressed onto the surface using a custom die -- the most universally recognised premium packaging signal.
Classic metallic gold foil. The most universally recognised premium packaging signal. Best paired with matte lamination for maximum contrast.
Cool metallic silver foil. Particularly effective on dark-coloured or black boxes. Clean, modern, and versatile.
Warm pink-gold foil tone. Popular in beauty, lingerie, and women's gifting. Conveys warmth and femininity alongside luxury.
Prismatic rainbow foil that shifts colour with light. Maximum attention-grabbing effect for seasonal and limited edition packaging.
Warm reddish-gold metallic tone. On-trend for artisan brands, craft spirits, and premium food gifting where gold feels too corporate.
Foil in specific Pantone metallic shades including matte black, white, and custom brand metallic colours. One-time die cost, reused on reorders.
Embossing & Debossing
Die presses the surface to create raised or recessed tactile impressions -- adds a dimension that print alone cannot achieve.
The die raises the surface upward with no ink or foil -- the impression shows through shadow and light alone. Subtle, elegant, and sophisticated.
Embossing precisely aligned with a printed or foil-stamped design -- the raised texture and the graphic occupy exactly the same area.
The die presses inward to create a recessed impression. Particularly effective on soft-touch and specialty paper where the indent catches shadow beautifully.
Gold or silver foil stamped and simultaneously embossed -- the foil sits in a raised impression. The most premium and tactile single-step special process.
Die-Cut & Window
Structural modifications to the box -- windows for product visibility and die-cuts for decorative shapes.
PET film glued behind a die-cut opening. Lets buyers see the product inside before opening. Available in standard clear or frosted finish.
Semi-opaque frosted film in the window opening. Suggests what's inside without fully revealing it -- creates intrigue and premium feel.
Custom-shaped opening or decorative cut-out in the box surface. Hexagon, arch, circle, or bespoke brand shape.
Colour paint applied to the cut edges of the box board. A hidden-until-opened detail that signals exceptional craftsmanship.

Debossing on soft touch paper is the best value combination we offer -- it looks like it costs three times what it actually does.
Die-making is a one-time cost reused on every reorder. Don't let the setup fee put you off a long-term solution.
